M3 from Fuengirola to Kristianstad in 36 hours

The move to Sweden getting closer.
The first step was to to move a fully packed M3 thrue Europe.

Left a sleeping family 04.00 at the penthouse in Fuengirola.

The Route chosen by the GPS took me north to Madrid, then further north to Bilbao and enter France sotuth of Biaritz.

Ended up on the country side not far away from Bilbao, realised that the GPS was excluding "Roads with Toll Charge"

Havy machinere has always been one of my interests, above a bigger cropsprayer than we have in Sweden.

Up the hills in northern Spain.

Cruising the highway in southern France

After 18 hours drive, time for a short night stop.

Thrue France I continued Paris and then towards Brussels.
It's remarkable how you know that you entered Belgium, the roads change to a standard worse than outside Nairobi, Kenya 20 years ago, and it looks like a third world country.

The rating of the roads thrue Europe:
  1. Spain
  2. France
  3. Germany
  4. Denmark
  5. Sweden
  6. Belgium

Approaching Brussels I tried to set up a meeting with my old buddy Dag Drag, on his way from Luxembourg to Canterbury, UK.
But since I had a heavy delay through Paris (morning traffic), we missed each other by almost an hour.

Accident at Autobahn, forced me to 1 hour 30 min break.

Oversized load, a wing to a wind generator.

In to Germany then Dortmund, Hamburg, Puttgarten. Arriving in Rödby hamn 22.00, with alittle speeding I made it to Kristianstad in just about 2 hours, not bad considering the fog.

Spend 2 days at the farm, leaving for Stockholm tonight for a quick visit to my mother, before I climb in to the B747-400 Freighter at Arlanda and takeoff to Seoul again.

See you shortly, Peter
