ANC-ICN

2 nights in Anchorage is usually great fun, but with this flue I been carried for 2 weeks it mostly was a pain.
Anyhow, to day we depart towards ICN 4 hours delayed for reasons I do not know.
Departure 16.45L (00.45Z). Atleast that was the plan...during walkaround inspection a fuel leak from Engine #1 was dicovered. Maintenance started to work immidiatly, but after 1 hours waiting, the decision where made to go back to hotel.

New try tomorrow morning...

Arrived at the hotel again, hanged up the uniform, phone rings..."Dispatch; We are ready". Back in to the pyjamas and get down to the waiting transport. Gain we are heading for the airport.

Arrived Incheon 4 hours late.

6 hour break at the hotel at Incheon to repack, shit and shower, then deadheading with a freighter to Frankfurt. Lufthansa took me to Copenhagen with an old A320, nice interior and good service (why can't SAS learn by big brother).

Upon arrival in CPH, what do I see on the apron? Our freighter which could have taken me direct to CPH from ICN....time for a wakeupcall to my scheduler.
